Located in the vibrant heart of Shoreditch, 800m from Old Street Station.

Set on the ground and 1st floors of a 6-storey building, the apartment has it's own private entrance. It is a very modern, stylish apartment, refurbished to a high standard in neutral tones with bold splashes of colour, solid oak flooring, stunning lighting features and a fabulous home cinema system.
The apartment can accommodate up to 13 people and the sleeping arrangements are:
- Bedroom 1, double bed (up to 2 guests)
- Bedroom 2, double bed plus chair bed (up to 3 guests)
- Bedroom 3, double bed (up to 2 guests)
- Bedroom 4, double+single bunk bed (up to 3 guests)
- Lounge, two sofa bed (up to 4 guests)
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. There are a further 3 bedrooms.
The main bathroom has a bath (with overhead shower), basin and toilet. A shower TV adds a touch of luxury.
The lounge is smart and spacious with a large sofa bed and a home cinema system with built-in projector, surround sound, Sony PS3 and an online library of 5,000 films - great for keeping the kids entertained or for a quiet night in after a hard day hitting the tourist trail. WiFi and wired broadband are also provided.
The kitchen is open plan to the Lounge and is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
There is also a lovely decked patio garden with a built-in barbecue, seating and table - perfect for Al fresco dining.
I will provide clean bedding and towels.
The apartment and location offer comfort and convenience with a touch of luxury. It's an ideal base for exploring London's tourist attractions or for doing business in this remarkable city.
You will enjoy it all the more if you follow a few basic rules and respect our neighbours.
The minimum stay is 3 nights if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night, unless otherwise agreed.
You will need to pay a security deposit of £400 in cash at check in and this will be refunded within 48 hours of checking out, by PayPal or bank transfer.
You will need to provide details and proof of ID for all guests staying in the apartment.
Parties are not permitted in the apartment and any visitors to the apartment must be agreed in advance.
No smoking or pets.
There must be no loud music, Film, TV or other noise that can be heard outside the flat after 21:00.
Please keep all areas reasonably clean and tidy and remove shoes while in the apartment.
Normal check-in is 14:30 - 18:30, though I try to be flexible. Check-in during unsocial hours (after 19:30) will incur a small charge of £25.
Normal check-out is 9:00 - 11:00, though I try to be flexible. I can arrange a later check-out time if there is no-one else booked in that day.
E-mail me before booking if you want to check in or out outside normal hours and I will try to accommodate your needs.

Great location - just outside congestion charge zone, close to restaurants on Brick Lane and attractions. Parking facilities readily available just outside apartment.
Lots of beds in the bedrooms which easily accommodated our group of 11 people including kids and adults. Bathrooms which were on the smaller side but fine.
Large living, kitchen area which boasted a fantastic entertainment system which included playstation and amazon prime TV.
Host was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests. They had an extensive list of suggestions of activities and attractions. They also kindly provided milk and drinks on arrival. Apartment had tea and coffee facilities and cleaning products.
Sehr gute Lage, U-Bahn nur 4 Minuten entfernt mit schneller Anbindung in die City. Die Fenster könnten dichter sein, der Strassenlärm und die nahe Fernbahnstrecke sind innen recht gut zu hören. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht, freundlicher Empfang. Wir würden hier wieder wohnen beim nächsten mal London....
We stayed in the appartement of Raquib in december 2015. Raquib 's apartment Titus homes, was acceptable. The neighborhood was very moderate. During the night we had been lying in bed much bothered by noise from the apartment complex. To our surprise and anger were false accused by the neighbors and the owner for the noise. We were threatened with police and to be set out of the apartment . After it was clear to the owner that we had suffered from the noise and not caused it , he refused to apologize. So we had a very unpleasant stat in Bethnal Green , Titus home apartmetn

El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor y está bien comunicado. Raquib facilita información turistica sobre Londres que va muy bien para organizar las visitas.
Very nice appartment in a vibrant neighborhood. Not far from the city centre and suitable for groups up to 10 people.

The apartment has everything you need,big movie screen in the livingroom with acces to a LARGE numbers of films,also PS3. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms,in another bedroom there is a movie screen and DVD-player(if you want to bring some films to watch in bed,there are a few DVD's in the apartment as well)
Raquib has also a TV in one of the bathrooms;)
I will absolutly recomend this apartment for your stay in London.

L'entrée de l'immeuble est sale avec un stock de poubelles impressionnant et malodorant. Je vous conseille d'aller voir sur Google Street View pour ne pas être surpris lorsque vous arriverez devant l'immeuble.
Néanmoins le lieu est très bien, proche du centre et très accessible via le tube, le train et les bus.
Hemos vuelto muy contentos del apartamento de Raquib. Es una persona muy
atenta y amable que, al llegar, nos explicó cómo movernos por la zona. El
apartamento está muy bien. Los baños un poco pequeños pero muy acogedor, en una zona tranquila bien comunicada. La lástima es que no pudimos disfrutar del equipo de video por falta de tiempo, a la próxima. Un saludo para
