Magnificent Apartment in the heart of Paris

The location is great , St. Honoré! However, the apartment was not clean. The bathroom is outdated and what shocked me the most is the toiletbrush. Real disgusting!!! Someone has to clean this apartment very properly, because the houseman/woman probably does not like to vacuum under the bed. The draws in the kitchen have not been clean for a long time and there s more that really make me feel disappointed about this apartment. I think I could have rent a better apartment for this price and will never recommend it to my friends

El apartamento es estupendo, tanto por su ubicación en pleno centro de París, como por su comodidad para 4 personas: dos dormitorios dobles cómodos y silenciosos

Good location - close to the metro, supermarket and restaurants. Nice layout - adequate for two adults and two children. The appartment unfortunately was dirty when we arrived. The shower was dirty and the drain was clogged.The kitchen had leftover food on the counters, the cabinets were not cleaned. We asked for the unit to be cleaned, and the owner was helpful to have the unit cleaned again right away.

Appartenento e servizio impeccabili!!! La posizione è strategica, la zona e tranquilla a due passi dalla metro, l'appartamento è pulito silenzioso e dotato di tutti i confort. Si la visita a París ya de por sí es espectacular, el complemento perfecto fue el estudio que hemos alquilado en el barrio del Marais. La anfitriona muy amable, habla español perfectamente pues es hija de española. Al estudio no le falta un detalle. Bien ubicado, en un barrio tranquilo y sin ruido, perfectamente amueblado y completamente equipado, hasta en el último detalle. Muy muy cuidado y decorado exquisitamente. No es un alquiler de batalleo. Gracias, Sylvia. Somos los de Cádiz cuya hija está viviendo allí en París, que fue la que contactó contigo. Bueno, en resumen, recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår julvistelse i Paris.Bra lägenhet, fullt utrustad och fantastiskt läge i typiska franska kvarter här finns allt man behöver runt hörnet, från affärer till underbar matmarknad o små restauranger!

Vi tilbragte en skøn jul i denne dejlige - og særdeles velbeliggende - studio i Marais. Lejligheden er perfekt til to, særdeles velindrettet - og meget delikat. Det er forhåbentlig ikke sidste gang, at vi nyder udsigten til Picasso-museet!

A really nice apartment with a fantastic view over Lyon. Perfect for 2-3 grownups or a small family. We loved the apartment as well as the surroundings. A big, charming, "farmers market" every morning, just outside the building, where you could find everything from the French cuisine + much more. A lot of restaurants and cafe´s in the neigbourhood. We would definitelly like to go here again, when in Lyon next time! Good to know: -No elevator (3rd floor, tough stairs) -Dont park in the street at night time (you´ll get towed away, because of the market)
