Convenient Flat in Prenzlauer Berg

Het was een heel fijn schoon en comfortabel appartement midden in de enorm leuke wijk Prenzlauerberg, waar op elke hoek gezellige klassieke en hippe café's en restaurantjes te vinden zijn. Binnen een kwartiertje lopen ben je in de wijk Mitte. Het enige puntje van kritiek is misschien dat er iets te dunne dekbedden waren voor de winter als je met open raam wilt slapen.

This apartment was adequate for our needs. However, if you come by car, be prepared to hunt for a place to park. There is very limited parking at or near this apartment. We managed to find a parking lot around the corner from this apartment for 6€ for 12 hours. The weather in Berlin was a bit chilly and heat at this apartment was not turned on. For Floridians, it was cold for us.

L'appartement n'était pas à notre disposition à notre arrivée et nous avons pu en prendre possession que le 2ème jour. Bien que l'agence à fait le nécessaire pour en trouver un autre temporairement, cela à engendrer un transfert. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est très bien et bien équipé pour 4. L'arrêt de tramway est à 5 mn. Le stationnement dans la rue est payant à 1€ de l'heure.

Super netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Auf jeden Fall eine sehr nette Adresse für einen Berlin-Trip.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, conveniently located in a street low on traffic and at the same time in an area plenty of nice cafés to have breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great Apartment,very clean and tidy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything went smooth, no complains.

There were two of us in the apartment, the location was pretty perfect, I found the apartment to be fine as the ad presented it to be, and dealing with the host was not complicated, however I would have liked to receive an invoice, as I have no official receipt of the charges per night during my stay, prices fluctuated between 55 and 65 euros.

The appartment was definitely worth the price, and it was very authentic with first and second yards. But there were also minor problems such as the cleaning staff arriving 20 minutes prior the lates check-out time and no channels on the TV. But fast internet, so no problem for us, at least. All-in-all a very pleasant stay in a lovely city...

great apartment, with a lot of space, in a very homy neighborhood. We hope to come back next year!
