Apartment in 11th District Oberkampf of Paris

Het is een leuk appartement, klein maar fijn. De buurt is leuk, ook 's avonds kun je er nog rond lopen zonder je onveilig te voelen. Er zijn heel veel cafeetjes en restaurantjes, dat zorgt voor leven, tot 's avonds laat lopen er nog veel mensen over straat. Het appartement is verder dichtbij het metrostation, ook een supermarkt is om de hoek en er zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden. Het appartement heeft een fijne douche en het bed ligt lekker. Als je goedkoop wilt eten en elke dag zelf wilt koken, moet je niet in dit appartement gaan. De kookplaat werkt slecht, wij hebben er een uur over gedaan om kip te bakken. Daarnaast plakte de grond een beetje, waardoor je liever niet met je bloten voeten rond wilt lopen. Wat wij ook echt jammer vonden is dat we maar een handdoek kregen voor de hele week en er was ook maar een toiletrol. Verder was het allemaal prima geregeld, we hebben netjes onze borg terug gekregen en het internet werkte ook prima. De buren kunnen wat herrie maken, maar wij hebben dit niet als storend ervaren. De buitendeur is voorzien van een code, erg handig aangezien er dan geen vreemden binnen kunnen komen. Alleen was het jammer dat wij de verkeerde code hadden ontvangen van Valeria. Nog een laatste tip: zit niet aan het meest linkse rolgordijn, want die valt uit elkaar zoals wij al gemerkt hebben.

Die Abwicklung hat super geklappt. Perfekte Kommunikation und Bereitstellung von Informationen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und flexibel. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und war sauber. Würde es weiter empfehlen. Danke Valeria :)

Great apartment, all you need in space/comfort for a couple of days in Paris. Location is great, you can even walk to Place de la Republique. Otherwise Couronne metro station is 3 minutes away. Lot of little bars and food places around.Supermarket and bakery very close. Apartment itself is very clean and new, especially the bathroom and shower were good. Only downside is in fact the thin walls, so you hear your neighbors and what's happening in the hallway very clearly. If you bring earplugs, you'll be good. Great value after all and very good communication with Valeria.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Wir haben unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt in Paris sehr genossen und die Wohnung ist ideal für einen kurztrip, für 2 Personen, nach Paris. Die Metrostation ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und man ist auch schnell in der Stadt um sich all die schönen sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen zu können. Die Wände des Apartments sind zwar relativ dünn und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr lebhaft aber wir hatten trotzdem einen angenehmen schlaf. Ich würde dieses Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es nur weiter Empfehlen :).

Very good located, small room with thin walls. Information and organisation is very kind and uncomplicate.

Le studio est conforme aux photos. Idéal pour un couple avec 1 enfant si vous souhaitez juste un pied à terre, un peu petit si vous comptez y passer la journée !! Les moyens de transport sont tout proche (bus ou métro) ce qui permet de visiter très facilement la capitale. Une petite superette est également toute proche ce qui est très pratique. Valéria est une hote très arrangeante, courtoise et disponible. Si nous devions revenir, c'est une adresse que nous garderions. Merci Valéria.

L'appartamento è come appare in foto. Il bagno è molto nuovo. Effettivamente il palazzo è vecchio, ma l'appartamento invece è ristrutturato. Valeria è gentilissima e molto accogliente. Tutto era pulito ed avevamo anche asciugamani e lenzuola. Nessuna lamentela, assolutamente. Sotto casa, all'angolo du Rue Oberkampf c'è una boulangerie che fa delle baguettes troppo buone! =D

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sauberen, praktisch und nett eingerichtetem Zimmer. Valeria ist auch sehr korrekt und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Paris!

The flat was small but nice, in a central area, but not the nicest street. The bathroom had a strong smell, mostly of cigarette smoke. The kitchen was decently equipped. On the whole it was okay for two people, but three would have been difficult. Very good wifi. Noisy neighbours. No view of anything except a wall and roof. Close to two metro stations. We enjoyed the stay, and Valeria was a good and accomodating host. Thank you!

It's a small apartment, as described. Just nice for two people. Valerie was very nice, and prompt in answering questions and very helpful! The metro is very near too! and we especially loved the produce markets on every tue and fri. we found the area very accessible by metro to all the attractions in paris actually. Buy the navigo so you can just go up and down the metro unlimitedly. either that, or the booklet of 10 tickets so save money. the walls are very thin, so you can hear people walking down the hall. remember your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
