Super schöne Wohnung danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Very fine apartment close to centrum. We had a wonderful new year in Berlin and can recommend other couple to book this apartment for a weekend or more in Berlin.

The flat was very modern and a good location near to many restaurants and shops! A great base to explore the city from. We had alot of snow and cold weather when we visited but the flat was nice and warm with all that you could want to cook and entertain yourself with inside (dvd player, TV, Wifi). It also has avery comfy bed which is well needed after a long cold day walking in the city! We arrived 30 mins late but this was okay. We were met by Bruno's assistant who was very friendly and we were told about our location and what was around for us to see. We would stay here again if visiting Berlin again!

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. UBahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einige Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Das Appartement war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Nötigste war vorhanden. Ein späterer Check-Out war ohne Probleme möglich - Bruno war demnach immer erreichbar. Ist man allerdings nur als Mädchen unterwegs, ist die Umgebung abends bzw. im Dunkeln ein wenig unheimlich.

Brunos Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und sehr nett. Leider ist die Wohnung schon sehr Abgewohnt. Vieles müsste dringend erneuert werden. Beim Kücheninventar und im Wohnraum mangelte es leider sehr an Sauberkeit.Nachts ist es sehr laut.

The apartment is immaculate and everything is of a very high standard. The size was perfect for me, nothing felt cramped. There is a little street noise occasionally, but nothing much to disturb you and the apartment block itself is usually very quiet. The location is perfectly situated near Bulowstrasse U-Bahn, with direct trains to Zoo / Potsdamer Platz / Alexanderplatz. There are plenty of food shops and restaurants around, but remember that most shops are closed Sundays, so don't get caught out. On my last day I walked from Nollendorf Platz U-Bahn, which is about 4-5 minutes extra walk than from Bulowstrasse and I noticed there was a 24hr Kaisers Supermarket there, along with a slightly more select assortment of restaurants than on Potsdamer Strasse. I never met Bruno (someone else handed the keys over on arrival), but found him to be very friendly, helpful and accommodating by email and text. For me this was the ideal base for 6 days in Berlin, offering clean, safe and well equipped accommodation at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again if I return.

Nice apartment, good for 1 or 2 night's. Close to metro station and bus. Everything you need is in the apartment. Shame the apartment was not ready the time we did make the appointment but 3 hours later, not happy about that after 7 hours drive with the car. And the floor dirty, we did get black feet when we did walk in the apartment bare foot.

Das Apartment war absolut in Ordnung. Es hat alles super geklappt. Ich hatte alles, was ich brauchte und buche gerne wieder.

The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet area. Everything was very neat and we had everything we needed: kitchen utensils, towels, iron, hair-drier, even leaflets with information about the city. The guest was very friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this place and we hope to come back soon.
