Beautiful room in a new apartment, tastefully decorated and designed by me, being an architect I have tried to make a comfortable and "cool" at an affordable price.
The room has its own bathroom and opens onto a patio that's independent of the rest of the house. The kitchen and livingroom are shared. The apartment is bright and all the flooring is wood laminate.
Situated in the historic center of Malaga. Near the Plaza de la Merced (Picasso's birthplace and museum), and ten minutes from the beach Malagueta.
I usually work in the livingroom
Living in the house whenever I can tell you anywhere you want to go and especially the cheaper restaurants and quality are all over the center of Malaga.
You can walk everywhere and enjoy the wonderful city, typically Andalusian.
