APT 3BR next to North Point MTR(B)

Very disappointing. While the apartment was close to a MTR station and handy to lots of food shops our stay did not meet our expectations. The apartment is not luxurious and even less so than depicted in the photos. The photos don't show how extra bedding is jammed between the beds and the walls in most bedrooms. The kitchen is not well equipped and the fridge smelt of durian. Although Mrs Lam seemed perfectly nice she had a habit of walking into the apartment without knocking most days. The apartment was advertised as having washer/dryer but there is no dryer. Putting our washing where we were told to let it dry in the corridor resulted in us being abused by the neighbour. We had a disturbing experience with other people in the building and as a result moved out early.

Very nice apartment and very nice welcome.

This is a very basic room with no natural light. It was clean and a hairdryer, towels and kettle provided. Also use of internet. Mrs. Lam can't speak any English but she was welcoming and did her best with mime. The room is OK for one person but I found it claustrophobic. OK if you are on holiday and only need a room for sleeping in.

Studio well kept and close to public transport. Well looked after, though you never knew, when the owner would step into the studio at any time of the day. This was very annoying ! Another strange thing was the regulation, to tell nobody, that the apartment was rented an the absolute exclusion, to bring guests into the apartment. This is not only strange, but illegal !! The apartment was not ready upon arrival, though numerous previous phonecalls and e-mail contacts. The previous customer was still sitting in the flat. Very stange ! Several times of the day, there was an extremely ugly smell in the toilet coming out of the sink of the shower and the lavabo. There were seven beds in the apartment. But how to stay there with 14 people is out of the range of imagination !! There were five chairs in the sitting room, 5 sets of dishes and only 6 towels for the shower ! All together there were some unclear situations and regulations !!

Worse windu experience ever. Flat is so small, not for 12 persons at all !!! Appartement on pictures seem much larger... The owner came several times during our stay... even at night when we were sleeping !

We have visited Hong Kong in November 2011. It was our second visit in Hong Kong.Place super, apartment very clean and master nice and helpful. Location was perfectly , near MTR station. I think the the location was great and the place was good, especially since we found it so last minute.
