Modern Studio in Tsim Sha Tsui

the room is spacious enough for couples. the bed and beddings are soft. the small kitchen and the sofa are very good addition to room. everything you will need is provided for. i like the separate shower, toilet and wash area. will definitely recommend this room, except for people who have trouble walking up a hill.

Having stayed in Hong Kong before, this was definitely a very good appartment. My girl-friend and I stayed for seven nights and used the flat primarily as just a sleeping place and leaving bags of shopping. We only had breakfast (kitchen is there but only few items to cook with), but who would cook in a city that has so good food places. The appartment is very clean (cleaner comes twice a week with fresh towles). The most important feature is of course the location - and that is one of the best possible in Hong Kong. Unless most of your businnes is on Hong Kong island (get an appartment there), this appartment in Kowloon is very recommended.

Carlson's place was just as he mentioned and as in the photos. :) The location was convenient and quiet, and there are also many shops and restaurants just down the road. The only down-side was the wifi signal in the apartment, so we couldn't really get a good connection on our mobiles - but small issue. Other than that, the place was perfect and very clean. :)

This is the second stay, so all I can say was, it was convenient, consistent and comfortable.

The studio is in perfect size for 1 - 2 persons. The location is very convenient to Tsim Sha Tsui East, Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan MRT Stations. The studio is equipped with all necessary amenities. Host provides housekeeping service 2x a week which is fairly decent. The price is reasonable for what you get. Bed is comfortable and is in standard Asian size double bed. All in all, it was a great stay.

This apartment was perfect for us. right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui walking distance to bars, clubs, many many restaurants, shopping centres especially K11 and in between TST and Jordan MTRs. Apartment is secure with a lift and security guard downstairs. Apartment is nice and clean, bathroom is clean separate shower and toilet. There is a small kitchen with all necessities. Airconditioning. There is a double bed which might be a little small for someone who is tall. I'm 163cm and i fit fine, but hubby's legs dangle at the end of the bed. Host is very friendly and met us promptly near the property. Note* If you take the airport train to Kowloon station there is a free shuttle bus to Empire Hotel which is across the road from the apartment. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Very nice appartment with everything jou need,perfect location in nice small street.Mr Carlson, the host,was so kind to send me the bag i was forgotten in the app. A very helpfull and kind man! So, i always will come back when im in hongkong.

the room is clean and big enough for couples. everything you will need is provided for by Carlson. i'd recommend this room, unless you have a trouble/issues with a short climb (its on a hill).
