It is individual's own apartment, newly renovated duplex with an area of 1012 square feet, equivalent to 2 rooms with a double bedrooms, 1 hall, 1 kitchen, 1 guard, maximum occupancy is 6-8 people. The couch on 1F can be used for 2 people as well.
Price is set for 2 people, any extra person is 50 RMB(=8 USD) per person more. And price is for whole aprt rent, exclusively for your own stay, not to share anything. Also available for long term lease with more favorable rates.
Apartment is located @ 345 Jinxiang Rd (near Xinjinqiao Rd), on the 18F of Tonghua Plaza, adjacent to the famous Green Court International villa community, 2 miles away(by taxi 5-10 minutes) from Metro Line 6 Jinqiao Road station. Transportation, living, working, entertainment, shopping facilities, green/nice environment and clean, tree-lined downstairs, vision the room, overlooking the Huangpu River east of Lujiazui financial center with the tallest building in China, Shanghai World Financial Center and Jin Mao Tower.
This is the only aprt i have for rent. We want it to be the best or nothing!

Hi, More than the apartment which was clean , I liked Scott who was quite helpful.
The apartment needs a bit of more amenities such a lid for the Flush Tank, fresh soaps & definitely a wifi connection.
Hope that Scott does look into it & gets it better for the next guest.
The location is good though in commercial building it has PapaJohn , Starbucks & other restaurants very close by.
Came pretty late to the place and thus there was a problem to get the key at the reception as the guy responsible for giving me the key had already had his shift done by that time. So, I had to blow everyone's mind up to get the guy up and come to the place because he happened to be the only one to have the key from the desk's drawer where the apartment key was lying peacefully. After half an hour was able to finally get into the apartment. The place itself was really nice. Two floors apartment with a nice view and all the necessary commodities. There were only two disturbing things worth mentioning. 1) Half broken electric kettle. It lived its own life as could switch on and off whenever it wanted and never actually boiled the water properly to 100 degrees. 60-70 as max. 2) The drinking water bottle (the big one you put on a special device with hot and cold water taps) was empty and it was too complicated to get a new one or refil the old one. Other than that the place is really cool and definitely worth its money. Thanks!
Scott is a good host . he pickup us from train station which was convenient for us. The apartment was same as the picture was really good . bus stop is about 20M away & taxi is also cheap to travel. If need metro to travel you need to bus or take a taxi & cost should about RMB 10-16.
