We enjoyed our stay in the studio. Wonderfully quiet and just about in the middle of the city! Very friendly hostess and lovely reception. Minor detail: too few blankets for the still cold nights. We like to sleep with an open window and the heating off. Healthier and more environmentally friendly, we think.
Nice, clean and quiet studio that is close to the metro, a supermarket, a post office, small restaurants and a great boulangerie. Very friendly hosts, who speak English and German (and French of course :-)). Cake and coffee were waiting for us on our day of arrival.

Es mi primera experiencia con Wimdu y la verdad es que ha sido muy positiva, el apartamento muy limpio, muy bien situado ideal para visitar Paris y alrededores, la anfitriona Marie Martine muy amable una señora encantadora.
Man kommt dort an und fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr nett und haben uns alles gezeigt und uns einen Plan ausgehändigt aus dem wir alles wichtige entnehmen konnten z.B wo sich der Supermarkt oder eine Apotheke, Bäckerei etc. befindet. Wir bekamen von den Gastgebern selbst gebackenen Kuchen und dazu noch einen Tee. Die Gastgeberin spricht auch deutsch :)) Das Appartement ist sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Sofa kann man zu einem Bett umfunktionieren. Die Umgebung bietet kleine Restaurants sowie Cafes - eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Die Metro Station Reuilly-Diderot Linie 1 ist nicht mal eine Minute vom Appartement entfernt. Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen. Merci. Salutations à Papillon le chat noir :)
Marie and Michel were there to greet us at their fantastic studio, which was absolutely perfect in every way, Metro (Line 1) is less than 1 min walk, and opens up the whole of Paris for you, the area around the apartment is in a very nice area, plenty of bakers and a supermarket, try the cafe/bar which is just round the corner (next to bakers) a Sirloin steak & salad for only 10 Euros, cant praise our stay high enough, and after walking about all day, it was comforting to know we were heading back to the apartment to put our feet up, one thing is for sure, we will be back, Hugh & Donna
Très beau studio à recommander-conforme aux photos- Intérieur très propre et neuf-literie de très bonne qualité.
Situation très calme et cadre verdoyant.
Proximité des commerces et du métro.
Un grand merci à Marie Martine et à son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux, pour leurs indications très utiles afin de ne pas être perdu les premiers jours à Paris.
Le petit plus qui nous a ravi : Marie Martine a pensé à nous offrir du thé, du café et un cake à la banane fait maison qui a eu un grand succès.
C'est certain, si nous avons la chance de passer à nouveau quelques jours à Paris, nous espérons vraiment pouvoir de nouveau loger dans ce studio
Appartement très bien situé, près d'une station à laquelle passe le ligne 1 du métro! Proche de toutes commodites, très bonne boulangerie pâtisserie à deux pas par exemple. L'appartement est très coquet et donne sur une cour intérieure fleurie et très agréable!
We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The studio was small (about 20 m2) but was clean, modern and had everything that we needed. The location in the 12th district was perfect - the area is not as lively as some other districts in Paris, but still had a great bakery just around the corner, along with several nice cafés (and everything else one would need). Though the metro station (reuilly-diderot, line 1) was only 100 metres away, we found ourselves to be centered enough to reach most destinations of interest by foot.
The hostess is a lovely lady, who greeted us welcome with a delicious, homemade banana cake, and was very helpful in getting us settled in and get our bearings.
Cat lovers (like ourselves) will be delighted to find that the black and very cute neighbourhood cat Papillon likes to come for a visit every now and then.
We are sure that we will be returning in the future, and gladly give Marie Martine and her cosy studio the warmest possible recommendation!
