A supermarket, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, snack bars, a kiosk (at the underground station) and shops are within walking distance. Fashionable bars and restaurants can be found under the arches of the underground (Stadtbahnboegen).
Our apartment house is located in front of an underground and tramway station. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center and less than 10 minutes to Mariahilferstrasse with its endless shopping possibilities.
The Metropol theatre is within walking distance, Volksoper and Josefstadt Theatre are within easy reach as well.
You can park your car free of charge in the streets of the nearby 17th district. In the 8th district parking is subject to a parking management scheme restricting parking to a maximum of 2 hours on business days from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and making it subject to a charge.
You can wash your clothes in a coin operated shop which is located in 8 minutes walking distance. (Ottakringerstrasse 52)
This apartment is perfectly suited for up to six people or a family.
