Conditions :
1. Minimum and maximum duration of stay
Your stay may not be shorter than four days or longer than one month.
2. Check-in and check-out times
The regular consignment hours of the apartment is from 1 PM on the day of arrival. Since there is no regular reception service, you are requested to communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Whoever fails to do so and shows up unexpectedly may have to face a long wait; this waiting time does however not constitute any legal or economic liability on the part of the landlord. If you foresee a delay, you are kindly asked to apprise the landlord in due time.
The apartment is to be vacated before 10. AM on the day of departure, in an orderly state.

3. Payment and safety deposit
Also upon arrival, the guest will have to pay a safety deposit of € 150,00 in cash, which will entirely be restituted upon departure, when the keys are returned, unless the guests have caused damage to the apartment or have lost the keys.
Should the damage exceed the value of the € 150,00 of the safety deposit, and should the guest be responsible for it, it must to be paid by the guest in consultation with the landlord.

4. Identification
Each person staying in the apartment will have to provide to the landlord a copy of a valid document (passport, identity card) upon arrival.

5. Legal maximum of guests
The number of guests may under no circumstance exceed the number of available beds (that is, five adults ). Should this rule be violated, the contract will be annulled.
It is not allowed to introduce into the house any other persons than those that have rented the apartment. Should this rule be violated, the contract will be annulled.

6. Services included in the price
Water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and warming are included in the rental price.

7. Guardianship of the house
During the entire length of their stay, the guests are entirely in charge of the house and are therefore its guardian.

8. Cleaning
There is no cleaning service during the time of the regular stay; cleaning utensils at the guests’ disposal.
However is mandatory the cleaning fee at the price of € 30,00 at the end of each stay.

9. Furniture
It is not allowed to move the furniture in any way.

10. Animals
Because of the structure of the apartment, animals are not allowed.

11 Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in this apartment but only on the terrace.

12. Neighborly relations
Guests attempt to respect all rules furthering good neighborly relations.
In particularly, they are asked to abstain from making disturbing noises during the hours of rest (14.00h to 16.00h and after 22.00h).
