With a quick walk you can reach both Trastevere and Vatican City as well as the main sights of interest.
The flat is located above Trastevere street which is easy to get with a five mins walk.
Vatican City is very easy to get by train. From Quattro Venti Station to Sant Peter's Basilica Station it is one stop. The whole trip will last just 4 mins and there is a train every fifteen mins.
There are also good connections to the old town achivable easily by local transportations such as tram, bus or train as well.
The flat is also very close to San Camillo Hospital and Bambino Gesù Hospital.
The flat is very sunny and the building is really quite with a wide garden around with orange and lemon trees, two balconies and a large terrace over the roof.
There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a tobacco shop two blocks from the flat plus lots of cafes and restaurants very close.
The flat is made of three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. There are two real beds and one sofa bed so it is great for four people but it might be suitable for six as well. An extra bed is also available on demand. Soap, toilet paper, towels and bed sets are always granted by the host.
Free parking area is always available for cars or motorbikes. There is a private (lockable) parking space and/or garage at the house.

It is really very easy to get to the flat using local transportations such as by bus from Termini Station (one bus for 30 mins!) and Fiumicino Airport by train (30 mins up to Trastevere Station!).
Professional driver service by private car, from/to airport, at convenient price is available as well on demand.
Sightseeing tour service is available on demand. The host will show you a special side of the old town by the point of view of someone who was born here!
The host will be also delighted to cook for you traditional Italian food. Italian cooking lesson is also available on demand. If you are keen to know more about making a reservation to have a home-cooked meal (or better yet, a cooking lesson!) feel free to query the host.
All historical /cultural attractions are at walking distance.
