The apartment is indeed well located and very convenient for a short stay in Rome. It was easy to find places to eat and shop around the apartment. We came back very tired every night, so we basically used it to sleep and get cleaned up. The host failed to mention that the owner will be living in the apartment during our stay (which was a bit uncomfortable because the apartment is advertised as "entire apartment" rental). The owner is a very nice man, but he smokes a lot and the apartment smells of cigarrette smoke although there are signs forbidding smoking in the other rooms. We did not cook, so the kitchen was OK -only one burner on the stove working- The bathrooms were ok, but the towels provided were really small and old. We requested more towels but couldn't use them because they smelled of cigarette. The pillows in one of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable and again when we requested different pillows, they smelled of cigarette, so we couldn't use them. We would suggest spending a bit of money to update the small comforts that a traveller looks forward to after a long day of walking and sightseeing (such as a nice shower and a good night's sleep). The place has potential to be great but is not there yet.

It was a pitty for us, that there was a delay because of an accident. I hope the person is ok. It can happen. The appartment was not clean. A lot of dust and hair everywhere and the bin was full. I paid for cleaning, what was not worthy. But you should be nice if you give me that money back. It will be your decision. Thanks for staying. greatings Franklin

We had a fantastic stay here. Rita's apartment was in a great location, surrounded by dozens of good reasonably priced restaurants. The apartment is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. The apartment itself was prefect for two people and was nice and clean. We have already recommended it to friends and will stay there again next time we are in Rome

Nice appartment, clean, with all nessecary inventory present. Nice and lively neigbourhood, quiet at night. Only thing was, that the man who had to deliver the key, was not present at the hour agreed upon, but after a phonecall came within 10 minutes.
