Regras da casa

Check in / out

As long as you arrive during working hours, we will do our best to welcome you personally and explain you all the functional details of the flat.

We will ask you to let us know as soon as possible your approximative desired check in time (or email us your flight/train details so that we can check if it is on time) and if possible your approximative desired check out time.

Please also make sure that your cellphone works in France so that you can call or text us when you are approaching the apartment.

Standard Check in time is 15:00 (03:00 pm)
Standard Check out time is 11:00 (11:00 am)

However we are flexible on times as long as we do not have any back to back check in/outs that conflict. No guarantee unless we have your precise arrival and departure details.

For arrivals after 7:30 pm (19:30) and during the weekend, there are 3 options :

● You can book a driver who will be waiting for you at your arrival at the airport or train station and will help you to carry your luggage and open you the door of the apartment.
We have a negotiated flat fee :
From Paris stations : 1 to 3 people 50 € + 5 €/additional person
From Paris airports (except Beauvais airport) : 1 to 3 people 80 € + 10 €/additional person

● Otherwise, you will have to go and pick up the keys in an hotel which is 6 minutes walk from Gare de l’Est station (rail & metro).

● Or, if you wish to be received personally by us at your arrival at the apartment, we ask 40 € extra charge by cash after 7:30 pm (19:30) and all day long during the week end till 9:30 pm (21:30) ; 60 € after 9:30 pm (21:30) ; and 80 € after 11:30 pm (23:30).

Of course, if you need explanation once arrived at the apartment you will always be able to call us anytime.

YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT IF WE HAVE NO NEWS FROM YOU BY THE TIME OF YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME AT THE APARTMENT, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY DROP THE KEYS AT THE HOTEL !

Die Lage des Apparments ist einfach perfekt. Ein wunderschöner Stadtteil und ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Seine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden und sauber. Sie ist ansonsten funktional eingerichtet und perfekt für einen Stadturlaub. Zugegeben, es ist nicht die ruhigste Wohnung, aber das störte uns nicht. Der Box-Club in der darunter liegenden Wohnung beendet seine Kurse meist gegen 22 Uhr. Für uns also kein Problem. Die vorherigen Kritiken können wir nicht bestätigen bzw. wurden behoben. Während unseres Besuchs gab es einen Wasserschaden, der sehr schnell behoben wurde. Bei unserem nächsten Paris Urlaub werden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten.

Äußerst spärlich ausgestatte, winzige Wohnung mit vielen Schönheitsfehlern (sehr hellhörig, im Stockwert darunter wird Kickboxen unterrichtet, Fensterländen und Fenster! lassen sich nicht schließen, die gegenüberliegende Schule schaut direkt in die Wohnung, das Waschbecken kann man aufgrund der Größe nicht benutzen, schmutzige Wäsche des Vormieters wurde im Schrank deponiert, es gab zwei kleine Handtücher für zwei Wochen, selbst auf Nachfrage hin wurden keine weiteren gebracht). Der Preis ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt für diese Unterkunft. Schlimmster Makel: der Vermieter ist äußerst unzuverlässig und unfreundlich!

The Apartment is situated really great in Paris, it´s clean and ok but the reason why to book an apartment and no hotel was to be able to cook in the evenings. With only one saucepan which was rusty it was not very comfortable. Also there was only one (big) blanket -- but not only couples are travelling to Paris... Also there was no discription how to use the free WI-Fi and where to leave the key when leaving....and the host does not answer on sms or much too late. We would not return again...

Prima schone studio, in een leuke buurt. 's Avonds wordt er bij de buren les gegeven en met de ramen open kun je meeluisteren!! De ruimte is wel erg klein, omdat de bank ook het bed is.

Prima appartement. Gezellig ingericht. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ligt redelijk dicht bij metro-station en bakker, supermarkt in de buurt. We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad en veel van Parijs gezien. Zeer de moeite waard.
