This beautiful 60 m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. It is located on the fourth floor (without a lift) of a historical XVIII century building located in the city centre of Rome.
Its privileged location means guests can walk to almost all the most important sites of historical and cultural interest, and is just a short stroll from the Foro Romano and Campidoglio. The area is also home to numerous typical restaurants, cafeterias and shops.
The apartment was reformed in 2011 and has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It is the ideal accommodation choice for a stay in the Eternal City and being on the top floor is an attic space with beautiful views over the rooftops of Rome. The lounge has a sofa and television and is a great spot to unwind after a long day’s sightseeing around the city. There are three bedrooms – the first with double bed, the second with two singles and the third with a single. All have a wonderful wardrobe for storing luggage. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has table and chairs. Finally the bathroom has a practical shower cabin.
There is a safe deposit box and air conditioning is available throughout the house.
The owner also has another apartment in the same building (40m2 for three people). The accommodation is the ideal choice for groups of friends or families that are looking for somewhere to feel completely at home whilst on holiday.
